We want you to feel prepared and comfortable from the moment you walk through our doors. Here is what you need to know.

01

Referral & Scheduling

Most patients are referred by their primary care physician or hospitalist. You may also call us directly. We accept referrals from all physicians and work with a broad range of insurance plans.

02

Initial Consultation

Your first visit is typically 45–60 minutes. We will review your complete medical history, current medications, and all prior lab work. Bring any imaging results or specialist reports you have on hand.

03

Diagnostic Evaluation

Expect comprehensive blood and urine testing, blood pressure assessment, and possibly a renal ultrasound. These results help us determine the stage and cause of your kidney condition.

04

Personalized Care Plan

Within days of your visit, you will receive a clear care plan outlining diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication adjustments, and follow-up timing — explained in language you understand.
